Who Is Exempted From Field Service?

hey dogpatch, or anyone, who worked at headquarters, are their positions in this organization, that are exempted from preaching in the field ministry?.

did all governing body members obey jesus christ commision at (matthew 28:19,20), are some trying to abdicate this command, reasoning "they are too busy", their position is too lofty, to preach?.

so do any of you have it or any info on it????.

just to add to my regular cronic back pain that i live with, i now have been diagnosed with full blown fibromyalgia.

i am looking for all the info i can get, as the doctors answers are more pills....i am sick to death with pills now!!!!!!!!!!!

@talespin, you are correct, if the disease is not painted on your face, your out of luck. A friend of mine woke up to " drop foot", doctor sent him to a podiatrist, "dear friend, I think your doctor should have sent you to a neurologist!" my words scream in his ear. "My wife think's I am faking it, the doctor said it's due to stress!"

"Drop Foot is not a stress related symptom, (I keep my own wild speculations what it might be, to myself) after visiting two General Practicioners, his wife yelling "Your faking this, you are faking this!" with haste I drove him to a neurologist in Santa Barbara, and he had a rare nerve disease! I am not a doctor, I knew "drop foot" was a nerve related disorder, how in the Hell could two MDs, think to send him to a foot doctor ( less training than md), how can this be? I feel for anyone with a disease that inflicts havoc on your life, my friend has repeated this "You really find out who your friends are, when you become chronically ill!)

His doctor contacted the C.D.C. for a strange amount of occurances in our local area, C.D.C. sent a field doctor for further research, I guess he was not faking it? His wife dumped him for another man, now he is alone.

it was another thread that prompted me to start this one , not appropiate for the former thread.

and it`s because the wt often promotes that jehovah/jesus protects and looks after his loyal followers ,that when something adverse occurs , the suspicion/judgement is "oh they must have been doing something wrong that nobody knew about, but you cant hide it from jehovah."mentality.

@wha happened "Sigh, Arg, Ouch!" this is the madness our young ones are going to have to endure? "Secret sin you want to confess" it's so pandemic, it hurts to laugh!

"Illness equals secret sin!" Not smiling at every meeting equals "Finding fault", standing up frequently by brother "Nerve Pain, Spinal Pain" during meetings, equals disrespect against the speaker and Meeting.

Sister calling to check on elderly parents or young child during meeting "Warning Sign, who is she talking to? "Why don't she respect the meal prepared by the Slave?"

If something bad happened to you, while staying at home from "meeting night", of course you asked for it! While working for your family, you drive out of town, and crash on Sunday, "its your fault for not attending meetings!" The story about the family who stayed at home on meeting night, and was robbed, or their kid was hit by a car, those are for a reason! To generate judgemental fears and force you to attend meetings with Ebola or crutzfeld jacobs diease!

We are trained to "know them by their fruits" judge from infantcy, groomed to avoid reasoning against the faulty, flip-flop, fly-by-night teachings of the Slave, meanwhile we are to pressure our friends into highest performance each month!

I am guilty as charged, you know I look back and feel shame, driving through the nice areas of town with brothers and sisters chirping "I am going to live in that house when the Big A hits!" As a child, I thought "Moses or Aaron, Enoch or Noah, don't they get first choice?" this was not a nice thing to do, it was to close too coveting my neighboors home. Maybe I am wrong?

It's scarry when your Circuit Overseer is warning brothers and sisters, to "avoid studying the Watchtower in modest gatherings, don't become involved in apologetics, deep researching on off topic subjects, the Slave has already provided" If your Organization is a "love based" group, why fear brothers and sisters studying and upbuilding each other. Unless you are afraid they might uncover a spiritual cemetary filled with bones?

Do non-perferential Witnesses even know there is a caste system, might they benefit to read "The Commentary Of The Book Of James", and learn what Jesus Christ expected, It's about Love Dude!

THE ISSUE IS "LOVE IS THE IDENTIFYING MARK" Not Neo Legalism, You Owe Jehovah So Much, More Preaching, Less Slacking! Preach, Noah Preached Non-Stop! 1. As a Witnesses of Jehovah, do you experience a love that transcends all, in the brotherhood, are these people there for you?

a. Sisters when you were depressed, how much love and attention was showered on you, how long till these "life long" friends took off?

b. Single sisters, unbelieving mates, how many of your kids walked out the Kingdom Hall door, never to return, and never to have any elder or servant check, what happed?

2. Are your elders "taking care of Jesus little sheep", would they notice if you stopped coming, if so, how long would it take for your "personal overseer" to notice, your gone, your history, adios!"

3. When your Circuit Overseer came for his last visit, how much of his talk was about "Love and doing good, especially towards those in the faith!" or was his theme about, "your hours are lower their the national average, spend less time on recreation, more on preaching, don't even thing of arrogantly attending a institue of higher learning".

4. If you have not attended meetings in some time, how are those "friends "(you know, those crazy suckers you drove around in field service, the ones who called you when they "needed", need to borrow your truck, need you to move your pioneer from low cost housing to some old widow's gargage.-

-The friends" who needed you to cook at funerals, weddings, clean up x-circuit overseer's Bills house, ones that you helped find jobs or provide work to. "the friends" calling late at night, "My pipe is broken, Fido ran off, little Jammie is masterbating!" Friends you gave money to, so they could buy food, pay rent or afford a luxury (Pay their bankruptcy attorney)) treating you?

Friends who wasted hours of your time, listening to useless tales of marriage, life and family ramblings)

How often do you hear from your conditionally loving friends?

TO ALL LURKERS, SHOWER US WITH WONDERFUL STORIES OF HOW THE FRIENDS REMAINED WITH YOU. MAKE US WANT TO EMBRACE THE BROTHERHOOD, THE IDENTIFYING MARK OF LOVE, DO TELL OF THIS FRIENDSHIP AND BROTHERHOOD, PLEASE!

Tell the youth not to attend college, be a janitor, maid, yard cleaner or window washer. Construction jobs are a family trade, whole families to three or four generations have worked this volatile industry.
